Referring to the recent post about the December KB articles, which experienced a slight delay, I’m thrilled to share our January articles with you. Stay tuned, as the latest February articles will be coming your way soon!
This post contains all new KB (Solution) articles published in January and any articles with significant updates. The article summary provides an overview of the article’s purpose.
-
The purpose of this article is to provide assistance if UTF-8 characters (for example, in users’ names) are not displayed with the correct encoding for users who have been imported with the CSV file connector in ForgeRock Identity Cloud or IDM. This issue only occurs if you are using the Java® Remote Connector Server (RCS) on a Microsoft® Windows® platform.
-
The purpose of this article is to provide assistance if you get an “Unable to resume session. It may have expired.” error when registering a new ForgeRock Identity Cloud tenant admin or resetting an end user password. There are several reasons why you may see this error.
If the end user password reset fails with this error, you may also see “Failed policy validation”, “Failed to create object” and “Failed to patch object” errors in your logs.
