We are installing AM on a new server with new Tomcat setup, using an external DS, and once we get through the custom configuration and it completes, instead of getting the login page for AM, we are seeing an upgrade page for AM that is telling us we have to upgrade to the same version we are installing, and then the link to click to proceed through is greyed out. Anyone have any ideas what is happening?

Sometimes you just have to wait a bit. When you are redirected to the upgrade page, AM starts to make an inventory of all required upgrade steps. When finished, the ‘click to procedel’ button will be enabled.

You could set up debug with these steps to double check.
There should be a pretty clear debug print saying what the WAR version is and what Version is in the configuration store or as another option if we can’t connect to the Configuration store and get back a null version but normally you’d get the first time setup for that.
The debugging step should help overall though figuring out why the option is greyed out, you may need to also check the amupgrade log as well .
