7.3 default admin user id and password is not working

I have installed new ForgRock with lab environment, IDM is up and running but default user admin and password admin is not working, any help is appreciated.

I am able to figure out, please ignore user name and password i was using was incorrect.

Hi Dheeraj,

How have you installed the product? Is this a platform install, or IDM is installed standalone?

If this is a ForgeRock Platform install, then the only authentication method to IDM is with bearer access token, obtained from AM. As such, you can’t login directly to IDM using the admin credentials, as this authentication module is not available in this configuration. Accessing the IDM admin UI can only been done via the platform UI.

If this is a standalone install, have you tried to reset the browser cache?

And which version is this?
