Access Manager healthcheck /live monitoring endpoint 503 error

Health check for Access Manager

I have the AM environment where am health monitoring /live started throwing 503 error.

[https:///json/health/ready]

[https:///json/health/live]

I see the

[https:///json/health/ready] response with 200 status
but this one
[https://fqdn/health/live] response with 503 error

I checked the UDS, CTS and CFG directory and each AM cluster member servers and I am able login successfully and all works fine but yet not sure why this endpoint must throw error.

we dont have any this value org.forgerock.services.cts.queue.readiness.threshold conifgured
in Deployment > Servers > Server Name > Advanced. (Note: we dont have this value in any of our enviornment, but only this environment it started giving me this 503 error.

Any idea what other troubleshooting I can do to find why https:///json/health/live this one is throwing this 503 error ?

With this limited information and lack of evidence, all I can suggest is either

  1. Are you certain you followed the administrative steps outlined in the guides, or
  2. Raise an SR with Ping Identity and include your evidence.
