Can anybody explain the Related Resource when defining a Relationship?

I am trying to understand the Related Resource functionality in PingIDM when defining a RElationship, as when I add another resource it comes back with Only one resource collection per relationship property is allowed.

I would like to be able to link either a User or an Organisation to custom object, and so far the only way I can see to do that is to create an Intermediary relationship where I can add one or the other. That gets messy.

Any ideas?

The Related Resource is the object with which you are creating a relationship with. The relationship can be one-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-many. What type of relationship do you wish to create?

Hi Nicholas,

Yes the resource collection in the relationship schema is unique. A relationship can only target one managed object type.
