You state that this is a created / registered user - have you created this user in such a manner where it would have administrative access to AM? The URL in your screenshot indicates that you are attempting to access content in AM that would be restricted to an admin or a delegate.
Can you share details on how you have configured AM and created this user in such a manner where you would expect the to have administrative access to AM?
