How to get a JIRA access?

I am trying to check out your JIRA ticket that is relevant to a similar issue I found myself in recently.

How could I create a credential to access your JIRA?

Support Subscription customers do have access to Jira. If you suspect a bug, we recommend raising a support ticket for assistance. This not only allows you to report the issue but also enables you to track its progress through the Issue Tracker in Backstage.
