Ping Training Issue

I’m going through the Ping training on BackStage and I’ve encountered an issue where I am not able to progress in the training because I’m constantly told that I’m providing the incorrect answer, despite the answer provided aligning with what the training material stated. Out of frustration I’ve iterated through every permutation of possible answers and still I’m told the answer is incorrect, and also switched devices in case there was an issue with my browser.

What’s the proper channel for getting support for on demand training?
