When using mobile to register to Forgerock Authenticator, and if you run into issues of not be able to scan QR code, please see below steps of how to configure it on iPhone and examples of how it will work on Android phone:
- Open registration link, select on a mobile device
- On Iphone, go to settings → passwords → password options, make sure ForgRock Authenticator is selected
- On Android phone, you should be able to select ForgeRock Authenticator
Note, if you did not get any link for on mobile device, take a screenshot of the QR code, open it and hold the picture, you should get an option to open it in ForgeRock Authenticator, if you configured it correctly as in step1
