Unable to open openAM login page

We are getting below error while trying to access openAM login page. Current version of openAM is 13.0.0

Please suggest us to resolve this.

Your AM instances has found a different install which is 6.0.0.7. This could be due to what user started tomcat the container similar to this kb

You need to check if you have more than one configuration directory, because AM is able to find a Configuration directory and Config Store that says you should be on 6.0.0.7, but your WAR file is 13.0.0.

Hi William,

Thanks for you reply, we would like to explain our scenario here. Can you please let us know how can we communicate with you.

Thanks,
Pruthvi

Hi William,

Yes, we have 2 installations. openAM 13.0.0 and openAM 6 in the server.

we are not currently using openAM 6, which we is in stopped state. Unfortunately we have started it by mistake. Since then we are getting the above page while logging in.

But we need our openAM to be in 13.0.0 only. Please suggest how can we get back to openAM 13.0.0 login console successfully.

Thanks,
Pruthvi

You will need to check and ensure that the bootstrap locator and config directory are correct.

There’s likely some mismatch between AMConfig_opt_tomcat_webapps_am and how AM started.

You will need to look at what your AM 6 and AM 13 config directories are and ensure that when you start AM 13 it’s looking at the correct locations in the boostrap boot.json.
